Where are you located, and do you have a store/shop?
We are located in Vernon, BC. We work mostly out of our home, and do not have a storefront. Currently we sell online, and we announce restock dates through social media.
Do you take custom orders?
Currently, we do not. We try to accept custom mug orders 2-3 times a year, and at Christmas we usually open for some custom ornament options. If we are accepting custom orders, we will make a social media post stating so, and will take a very small number of orders at these times.
Where do you ship?
Currently we are open to orders within Canada and the USA. If you are located in Vernon, BC or surrounding area and would like to arrange to pickup your order, please use promo code VERNONLOCAL at checkout, and you will receive an email with instructions regarding pickup of your order.
Are my pottery pieces microwave and dishwasher safe?
If your pottery piece has gold accents it is NOT microwave safe. The dishwasher may wear the gold more quickly; we strongly suggest hand-washing your pieces with gold accents. If your piece has no gold accents it is both dishwasher and microwave safe, but we always suggest hand-washing to ensure your piece has a very long life.
Are wood pieces, such as coasters, ornaments and charcuterie boards, available year-round?
We usually scout fallen and dead-standing lumber in the spring/summer; this gives it lots of time to fully dry and be processed, but it also means that we generally only have our wood pieces available once a year; at Christmas time, until they sell out. If you don't see any wood pieces included in our shop update, it means we are out of stock!
Do you sell wholesale/consignment?
We do not sell wholesale or consignment. Once in a while we will reach out to a local business during an online shop restock to provide a local shopping option within our community. But we don't like to commit to having pieces in stores. We also love participating in local craft markets!
